Use Method

1. Suggestions should be that users can use liquid injected molding machine to inject it to the mould and make the product.
2. A, B component should be fully mixed up in the weight and volume proportion of 1: 1. Curing time is base on the mould temperature. If the temperature is high then the time will be short and if the molded product is thick and big, the time will be long. The mould can be taken apart after curing.
3. If the machine is stop operating (above two days), A or B rubber should be independently injected into the mix section or the static mixer of the injected molding machine be withdrawed and put in to the place with low temperature (< 1° C) and sealed, or wash away the remaining rubber.

FAQ
Why silicone rubber add curing agent after mixing a lot of bubbles?
This is normal physical phenomena. The liquid will produce a large number of bubbles in the mixing time, so must pass through the vacuum exhaust bubble treatment.

How to improve the service life of the silicone mold?
The way as follwing:
First, we make the mold should be choose a suitable hardness silicone based on product's size.
Second, silicone oil can not be added in silicone because it can make the mold become soft. As well as decrease tensile and tear strength.
