Platinum extruded silica gel is a two-component addition molding low-temperature vulcanized silica gel. It has the characteristics of low vulcanization temperature and fast vulcanization speed. Compared with the traditional peroxide vulcanization system, it has the advantages of environmental protection, high efficiency and odorless, and the product meets ROHS and other environmental protection Requirements, through the US FDA certification and EU LFGB food standards testing. Mainly used for silicone tube (bar), high pressure silicone tube, gear-shaped silicone tube, sealing tape, special-shaped strip, food grade (non-toxic) silicone tube (bar), medical silicone tube, medical silicone tube, braided silicone tube.

3. Usage and precautions
1. During the mixing process, try to keep the roller of the rubber mixer no more than 40ºC. When the temperature is high, install air-conditioning or use cooling water to lower the temperature.
2. Refer to the vulcanization temperature of 130ºC~150ºC to determine the optimum vulcanization temperature according to the actual situation of the product.
4.Storage and shipment
When stored in an unopened environment at room temperature (avoid direct sunlight) or below, the product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production. Be careful not to store in a humid environment when storing.
